In the life of every person, the subconscious plays an important role, which has a strong influence on his thoughts and actions, lifestyle, views and even goals. Often, medications and psychological training alone are not enough to solve many psychological and mental problems. In this case, regressive hypnosis comes to the rescue, allowing you to put a person into a trance state in order to identify secret fears and negative aspects, many of which could have been laid down in deep childhood.
What is regression hypnosis?
The concept of “regression” in psychology is a detailed study of a person’s past, in which one can find the reasons for how he is at the present time. Accordingly, regressive hypnosis is a technique of putting a person into a very deep state of trance in order to discover important information, as well as the root causes of the problems that have arisen. This state even allows you to look into past lives and reincarnations, learn a useful lesson from this and solve your problems, breaking the circle of cyclical situations.
In modern psychology, much attention is paid to the study of regressive hypnosis, and practical experiments show positive results. With the help of trance, you can bring a person out of deep depression, as well as save him from addictions, addictions and mental trauma.
Today, regressive hypnosis is actively used to treat emotional and psychological disorders, giving the doctor the opportunity to get to the source of the disorder or pathology. The methods of immersion in trance here are more complex than those of conventional hypnosis, which is determined by the need to get to the deeper layers of the subconscious. A detailed study of past incarnations allows the doctor to track changes in the patient’s life, understand their pattern and reasons for their occurrence.
Summarize:
Regression therapy (regression therapy) is an effective technique for healing the Soul and body from a wide range of negative phenomena of past and present life, and regressologists are its guides for people . Whether you believe in the method or not is up to you. Do regressions work? Reviews will tell you about this better than any words.
Now I am a practicing regressologist, but at the beginning of my journey I myself experienced a bit of skepticism, like, how can one even see oneself in a past life, much less find any answers there, but research interest and the desire to search for the truth prevailed and, as it turned out, not at all in vain (in the first regression session there was a real catharsis followed by a re-awareness of my whole life).
With the help of the online regression therapy center “Connection of Souls” that I opened (where you are now), we can help dozens of people a month, we also explore everything new and unknown through human consciousness and post the results and our interpretations of the information received (in within acceptable confidentiality) in a video blog on YouTube ( Alexander Tsarev ). Here we are gradually collecting an extensive base of Knowledge and possible solutions to problems. By the way, you can read about our mission on the page “About the project”
If you want to discuss the topic openly, ask questions, let’s chat in the comments to the post, and be sure to rate the material if you received useful information.

History of Regressive Hypnosis
The origins of such hypnosis go back to ancient times, originating from religious teachings about reincarnation, which are found in Hinduism, shamanism, Gnosticism and even early Christianity. If we take the scientific basis, then the famous psychiatrist Sigmund Freud is considered the founder of regressive hypnotherapy. His main student and follower, Carl Jung, not only introduced the concept of the collective unconscious, but also began to actively work on deep immersion of a person in a trance through hypnosis.
In the mid-30s of the last century, scientist Edgar Cayce tried to substantiate the idea of reincarnation and past lives from a scientific point of view, in which he achieved considerable success. A real breakthrough in the field of regression therapy was the work of the English psychiatrist Alexander Cannon, who, in addition to theoretical research activities, also carried out practical experiments and introduced patients into regressive hypnosis. His follower, the Czech scientist Stanislav Grof, founded transpersonal psychology and also worked extensively with hypnosis and regression.
Since the late 70s, American hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon has developed a unique technique for immersing a person in deep hypnosis, which is still actively used today. This technique will be discussed in more detail below. In the 1980s, British-American professor Roger J. Woolger first used hypnosis to work through traumatic memories. Other prominent scientists who have been and are still working on regressive hypnosis include Michael Newton, Brian Weiss, Peter Ramster, and Peter Mack.
To date, scientists have proven that regressive hypnosis is not only capable of plunging a person into the depths of his subconscious and “pulling out” important information from it, but also essentially confirms the multidimensionality of the human soul.
Regression or regression therapy method
The essence of the method is treatment based on the transformation of traumatic events of past lives that interfere with the current mental and emotional existence of a person, and their transformation through work in an altered state of consciousness - trance or regressive hypnosis (they also say hypnosis to see a past life, but this is not entirely true)
Surprisingly, people are still wary of the terms “hypnosis” and “trance”; all this is full of myths and mistrust; read our neighboring article “Myths and fears about hypnosis” on this topic.
With trance, everything is simple, this is a normal physiological state of the human brain, short trance states alternate with periods of vigor hundreds of times a day, remember that feeling when you were lost in thought and did not notice how several stops on public transport passed? Congratulations, it was an easy trance. Every time you fall out of reality, the body switches on energy saving mode, this allows the brain not to overexert itself and, if it weren’t for this, we would simply “overheat and burn out.” The brain just needs more rest than we think.
Let's get back to the essence of therapy
Turning to the past and the deep memory of the immersed person, regressologists direct a person to go through and live the crisis situations of this life and past incarnations again, where, within the framework of a regression therapy session, new opportunities emerge for exiting the traumatic circumstances of the past, which also affect the present.
The most popular, albeit gloomy example: a person who became a hanged man in a past life may well have neck problems in the present. By analyzing this situation together with a regressologist, a person can get rid of this illness.
With the help of regression therapy, closed parts of the subconscious are activated, where genetic memory with complicated sectors is stored, in the process it is reprogrammed and accepted by the person in a new way, as friendly and useful, helping him, and not complicating life. The very essence of the problems of our misunderstanding with the world, failures in life, various health or money problems may well turn out to be an echo of childhood or be located even deeper in past incarnations.
There is an opinion that we walk in a circle in the cycle of life, and if this is so, then the same mistakes are made from one incarnation to another, but regressive therapy is a method that allows us to get out of this vicious circle. The potential of regressions has not been fully studied, but the results of more than 3,000 hours of our sessions alone indicate the enormous benefits of this method.
Regression therapy is a real way to overcome mental and physiological problems of almost any level.
Regressive hypnosis - a tool or a weapon
Many scientists believe that regressive hypnosis can, over the course of several sessions, clear a person’s consciousness of subconscious traumas that were inflicted on him in the early periods of life. Thanks to this, you can leave behind phobias and fears, uncertainty and shyness - all that often prevents a person from growing as a person in all respects. At the same time, there are people who are unsure of the effectiveness of such a tool and, on the contrary, consider it a weapon that is used against the person himself and his consciousness.
It is best to consider the facts and become familiar with the techniques that are most in demand today in the field of regressive hypnosis:
Michael Newton Method
This scientist is a certified and internationally recognized specialist in the field of hypnotherapy, who is an honorary member of the American Psychological Association for Psychological Counseling. He developed his own method of immersing a person in regressive hypnosis based on deep visualization of the images that the patient sees during a trance.
He is responsible for the discovery of such a phenomenon as the “immortal soul,” which, in his opinion, exists in the periods between physical incarnations on Earth. During hypnotic sleep, the doctor immersed his patients in the intermediate period of their incarnation, which was called LifeBetweenLives (LBL regression). This technique is aimed at making a person better aware of himself and reaching the level of superconsciousness.
Dolores Cannon Method
American soul researcher who studied in detail the issue of reincarnation, as well as various techniques of regressive hypnosis. In the early 80s of the last century, she managed to develop her own method of immersion in a state of deep hypnosis with the ability to extract knowledge hidden there from the depths of a person’s subconscious. Based on her practice, she was able to help many patients, actually proving the phenomenon of reincarnation from a scientific point of view.
In her numerous scientific articles, she proved that the techniques she proposed have a positive effect on a person’s subconscious without causing him any harm. Over her 30 years of practice, she has successfully treated thousands of people with psychological and emotional trauma.
Traveling to past lives: safety precautions
Depending on the depth of the trance, past life regression takes different forms. With dissociative regression, a person seems to be observing what is happening from the outside, distancing himself from suddenly surging feelings. Revification, or re-experiencing, allows you to feel like a participant in events emerging from the depths of the subconscious. But keep in mind that hypnosis shows past lives not only from the front side. You may have to see your death, experience the bitterness of defeat or feel the pain of betrayal, and not everyone can handle such a test.
You can take a trip to past lives yourself
Limit yourself to dissociative regression if you notice warning signs indicating a high likelihood of a traumatic insight:
- You are haunted by phobias, addictions and obsessive thoughts.
- you or your loved ones have attempted suicide.
- you often find yourself in risky situations.
- there are severe hereditary diseases in the family.
- you feel like a victim of a curse or evil fate.
Chronotravel changes a person and his outlook on life.
Traveling to past lives is full of surprises. Before the session, be sure to agree with the hypnotherapist on a stop signal that will immediately return you to reality. In this case, you must use the same visual anchor to enter and exit trance: return the same way you came.
Special meditations will help you remember past lives
Sometimes the memory of previous incarnations is blocked by higher powers if, for example, regression to past lives can interfere with the completion of the tasks assigned to you in the current incarnation. In such cases, unforeseen circumstances constantly arise, forcing the session to be postponed over and over again. Don't break into a closed door - bumps on a stubborn head will be very painful!
Arthur Clarke
is an English writer, scientist, futurist and inventor, best known for his collaboration with Stanley Kubrick in creating the cult science fiction film 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968).
Ericksonian hypnosis
- a modern direction of hypnotherapy aimed at an individual approach. Indirect influence is used, which is quite often applicable both in psychotherapy and in everyday life: pedagogy, advertising, marketing, psychological counseling.
What problems does regressive hypnosis treat?
The most important goal of regressive hypnosis is the ability to once again relive incidents that occurred in the distant past, but to do this on a more conscious level. This allows you to change your attitude towards these events and begin to perceive them in a completely different way, thus neutralizing this impact on real life. Correct use of such hypnosis allows you to get rid of the following problems:
- Nervousness and worries regarding unimportant things
- Chronic fatigue and lack of sleep due to insomnia
- Sexual dysfunction
- Harmful addictions and habits
- Lack of confidence in yourself and your abilities, shyness
- Phobias and various kinds of fears
- Heal psychological wounds and traumas received in early childhood
- Get out of depression
It is important to understand that regression hypnosis is an effective way to expand your own consciousness, as well as discover new abilities and talents. Often people who have been in such a deep trance begin to see the world in completely different colors, more rosy and promising, which gives one of the most important states - motivation. It is this that allows you to set goals and achieve them, bringing new meaning to life and setting you up for an active life position.
Getting rid of resentment as the most important aggravating factor
With the help of regressive hypnosis, you can penetrate the depths of a person’s subconscious, but he must be psychologically ready to experience all emotions again, including grievances . By the way, some scientists and esotericists believe that resentment is not an emotion, but a pattern of behavior inherent in deep childhood, aimed at getting what he wants. When a person is offended, on a subconscious level he wants to make others feel guilty and thereby achieve what he wants.
Having correctly worked through all grievances using the technique of deep hypnosis, a person can not only remove a huge burden from himself, but also improve relationships with the people around him. Often this radically changes the life position of a person who begins to take responsibility for himself and his actions, and also stops blaming others for failures.
Positive impact on human health
Both official doctors and representatives of esoteric circles are convinced that our emotions and thoughts directly affect the body. However, the state of a person’s health largely reflects not only his consciousness, but also his subconscious, which is much more important. That is why a person often cannot understand and find an explanation for a particular disease, although in appearance he may lead a healthy lifestyle and be an optimist. Much is hidden in the depths of the subconscious, where childhood fears, insecurities and hidden grievances were driven.
During the regressive hypnosis procedure, ancestral and karmic problems are resolved, which immediately has a positive effect on health. It has been noticed that after several sessions, a person’s pain in joints and bones disappears, convulsions go away, good and deep sleep improves (nightmares disappear). So this procedure has a positive effect on human health, since it “restarts” the immune system, due to which many physiological processes in the human body are improved.
Reviews about regressive hypnosis
If we analyze the reviews of those people who were immersed in a state of regressive hypnosis, we can conclude that such a procedure has a positive impact. Many note that after the session they were able to deal with their internal problems and get rid of complexes, bad habits and phobias. As for the experience of past lives, after their passage, many people become re-aware, which makes it possible to look at the world with different eyes, let go of many grievances and hostility, and improve relationships with people around them.
Among the reviews, there are also those that indicate the reluctance of people to further plunge into the depths of their subconscious. In general, this suggests that some people are simply not ready to perceive the full depth of information that is embedded in their subconscious.
On practice
Let me explain once again, regressionology is a fairly new and not fully studied direction in working with consciousness and unconscious brain activity, and although some people think that everything is clear here after studying a couple of articles, this is not at all the case.
The direction is separated from classical hypnosis techniques due to the differences in methodological actions during sessions. Regression studies the influence of hidden deep memory on real life , the direction of received signals of an altered state of consciousness for the benefit of a person, as a result of which consciousness is cleared and, as a result, mental and physical health improves. This is how regression therapy works.
From the author’s practical experience
1. A girl, Galina, 35 years old, applied. The problems are an unstable financial situation and a difficult relationship with her husband, in general terms - uncertainty in life. And so we identified the request and began regression therapy through trance immersion or regressive hypnosis. Galina saw a past life, where she was humiliated by her husband’s mother, allegedly she does not match the groom’s origin and is unworthy, including wearing family jewelry. She especially vividly saw the scene of the necklace being shown and removed with the words “you are not worthy.” At that moment, the soul experienced a shock, which was transmitted into real life by a feeling of uncertainty, and the phrase “not worthy” haunted Galina through life. After watching, the event and attitude towards it were transformed. Already during the session, Galina felt great relief and accepted herself. Now she has changed, her attitude towards herself and those around her has changed. As a result, self-love was revealed, relations with her husband improved, they saved the marriage and changed their place of residence.
2. A story about how the causes of problems and answers can be hidden in real life. A businessman came to me with financial problems. Despite successful endeavors, he seemed to be haunted by failures, and money slipped through his fingers. By this time, he had already contacted various “experts,” including the winners of the famous show, but he could not find an answer anywhere. During the trance immersion , we saw that the reason for the failures was the envy of strangers who, with the help of magical rituals once performed, “lured” his financial flow. Immediately during the session, all rituals were canceled and the flow was restored. Everything worked out for him and the “black streak” ended.
Regressive hypnosis technique
It is important to understand that in order to positively immerse the patient in a state of regressive hypnosis, the specialist requires preliminary preparation. During this process, the hypnologist examines the person’s state, makes eye contact with him, asks questions and listens to answers. This allows you to create an atmosphere of friendliness and trust between the doctor and the recipient, remove tension and achieve ease.
Thanks to this, the person’s subconscious psychological defenses are removed, which allows the doctor to plunge him into a deeper trance state. The trance technique includes the following steps:
- Introducing a person into a trance state, but maintaining constant communication with him through leading questions. This helps the patient get comfortable in a new space, dive deep into himself, and focus on his feelings and visions.
- Upon reaching the required depth of trance, the hypnologist begins to ask questions that help identify the root cause of a person’s problem, drawing out all the important information from the depths of the subconscious. As a result of this, the doctor sees the source of the problem, trying to understand it as deeply as possible in order to resolve it.
- After accurately understanding what caused the crisis, the hypnologist, through certain manipulations and words, corrects the situation of the past and records the changed version in the subconscious. Next, the patient slowly returns to the present and exits the trance state.
During the entire process, the hypnologist controls the situation, monitoring the patient’s condition and preventing strong emotional outbursts. This is important because in a trance state it is important to prevent a person from overexpending his energy, as this can become a source of new problems and crises.
To study the experience of past lives, as well as to find the root cause of the problem, often one session of regressive hypnosis is not enough. In this case, repeated immersions into a trance state are carried out until the hypnologist reaches the original starting point.
In a state of deep trance, a person often remembers the smallest details of his past and even his previous incarnations. The positive effect of regressive hypnosis is achieved through re-awareness of past events, which allows you to let go of pain, resentment and disappointment. Instead, an understanding of the importance of the experience comes and a desire arises to live on, develop and find oneself in this world.
Total Recall: Is travel into past lives possible?
As Arthur C. Clarke aptly noted, “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” The most advanced psychotechniques are surprisingly similar to shamanic rituals: the rebellious subconscious is deaf to the arguments of reason.
Trust only experienced specialists
Only a shocking experience really gets through him - a voice from the sky or regression to past lives in a state of trance. Eastern religions claim that many everyday problems and obstacles on the path to self-realization and spiritual development are generated by the karma of previous incarnations. In Indian ashrams and Buddhist monasteries, karmic knots are untangled by enlightened elders. And in big cities, one can only rely on regressive hypnosis - a scientifically based method that is actively used in psychotherapy to work through childhood traumas and repressed emotions.
Self-regression hypnosis
In the course of numerous studies and experiments, it was found that a person can immerse himself in regressive hypnosis on his own. The only thing here is that it is important to observe safety precautions and follow certain instructions, which allows you to control the situation. The deep trance technique includes the following sequence of actions:
- Take a comfortable sitting position, lean on the back of a chair or armchair and relax as much as possible; You are allowed to tilt your head back slightly.
- Try to drive away all thoughts and emotional experiences, breathe evenly and measuredly, achieving a feeling of comfort and relaxation, complete unity with the outside world.
- Allow your consciousness to gradually plunge into a trance state, but be sure to instill in yourself complete control over the situation that is happening; Give yourself the mindset that, if necessary, you can get out of the state of deep hypnosis by counting from 1 to 5.
- Start immersing yourself in your subconscious by slowly counting from 10 to 1, and when moving from one number to another, you must move your eyes left and right or up and down.
- After the number one is pronounced, very slowly close your eyes and smoothly immerse yourself in a trance state.
During a trance, the body should be as relaxed as possible, and the eyes should be closed, and it is important to try to “dissolve” your consciousness in the universe, as if to “get out of your body.” Deep immersion is highly effective when imagining yourself on the bank of a river, in a forest or on top of a mountain with a beautiful landscape view around, where pleasant memories of a hike or excursion can play a positive role. It is extremely important to listen to your body and try not to tense up, as all the muscles of the body and face should be relaxed.
Gradually, images in the form of pictures will appear before a person’s eyes, which must be carefully examined, recording the smallest details and details. At the same time, it is important to maintain harmony with your inner and outer world, without emotional attachment. When diving to a deeper level, you should turn your attention to the little finger of your hand and move it. This will mean that you are in control of the situation and will be able to exit the state of deep hypnosis at any time.
You should not give in to the first desire to immediately tackle a painful issue or topic, as this can be psychologically traumatizing if a person is not yet ready to understand the essence of the problem. Initially, you need to create an “evaluative self-portrait” for yourself, and then smoothly and carefully dive into yourself. It is better to find answers to the most pressing questions at the 3rd or 4th session of self-immersion.
Sequence of thoughts in a state of deep trance
To successfully complete the self-hypnosis procedure, they begin to immerse themselves in memories from their childhood. To do this, the brightest and brightest events of a positive orientation are pulled out of memories, which opens the door to even greater depths of a person’s subconscious. Next, they begin to obtain information about their past lives, which is necessary in order to gain valuable experience that will manifest itself in a certain awareness.
At this stage, a person imagines a corridor of past lives, on which he sees one or more doors, behind each of which there is a life path in one of the past incarnations on earth. You should not visit more than 2 doors, since in this case the consciousness may not record the information, and it will simply be forgotten after leaving the trance. Here it is important not to rush, but to act consistently, initially entering the door that is the most striking and unusual, arousing a person’s interest.
To exit, they slowly and carefully return from the door to the corridor, after which they are transported to childhood. Next, consciousness freely transfers the person to the present time by counting from 1 to 5, as he himself initially agreed upon, before entering a trance state. Before leaving, you must give the instructions to remember everything that was seen during hypnosis.
It is impossible to “unsee” this. Review of regressive hypnosis according to M. Newton.
In addition to the reviews left by clients in the corresponding section of the site, I often receive from them much more voluminous, detailed and emotional feedback in the form of a letter. But in the overwhelming majority of cases, this description of an experience is already so deeply personal that it is not possible to publish this material. Although, it must be admitted, in terms of their fascinatingness, brightness and spirituality, all these letters, put together, could easily become a worthy continuation of Michael Newton’s books, standing on a par with the transcripts of the sessions. Fortunately, there are no rules without exceptions.
Let me present one of these letters, with a review so complete and detailed that it can only be posted as a separate article. Which I do with gratitude to the author (with his permission).
(Ereza Georgy)
Anna. Review of regressive hypnosis according to M. Newton:
It is impossible to “unsee” this.
I think that in the lives of, if not everyone, then many, at some point this not always pleasant question arises: “What’s the point?” I lived for quite a long time with the answer I personally found, “Meaning is in the process,” until I suddenly realized that this was no longer enough. So, once a question was born, it suddenly turned into a painful feeling of the meaninglessness of existence, a kind of existential blues, if you like, despite the relatively prosperous outer shell. Talking with friends, and even with myself, no longer helped. It was necessary to look for something further.
I came to Georgiy on the advice of a friend who had previously fascinated me with M. Newton’s books on regression. And since the friend is a person who definitely will not allow a non-professional to delve into her head, there were no doubts about the personality and competence of the therapist. Having matured, I signed up for regression.
Personal acquaintance with Georgy only confirmed the correctness of the choice made. He won over and almost immediately won over with his spontaneity, friendly, disposable attitude, sincere interest and sensitivity. Perhaps someone could have been put off by his “tactlessness” when, when asking a question, he would interrupt after a couple of words with “That’s not interesting” - a little later I understood the specifics, he simply brushes aside everything unimportant, thereby leaving more time for what’s really important ( I can see right now how he would now cross out my entire lengthy introduction).
The first meeting was an introductory one, Georgy talked about the types of hypnosis, how the sessions would take place, interspersing this with stories of his patients and very artistic, sometimes exaggerated, skits. I only realized later that every story he told and showed in his faces was for a reason, each one resonated with me and made me think about something personal that concerned me specifically. We can say that from the first session I began to think and try to look at my situations from a different angle. Then there was the first trial session. I had no experience of hypnosis before, but I didn’t feel any fear, rather curiosity. For me personally, it turned out to be something similar to the state into which you immerse yourself in shavasana, if you know what I mean. State of half-asleep, relaxation. Then we discussed my questionnaire, Georgy advised what to pay attention to, what to highlight as the main request, which is really significant for me. By the way, that time I arrived at the session while driving, but Georgy strongly did not recommend doing this in the future. Later I understood why. The second session involved a longer, but still training trance, during which I had to learn to describe the pictures that appeared in my imagination. And it was a fiasco, at least that’s how I, a person with a penchant for perfectionism, assessed it: “we did a C-grade job.” Firstly, it turned out that I do not distinguish between actions and emotions and cannot describe what I feel. And, secondly, it turned out to be very difficult to turn off the brain, which in a state of trance constantly interfered with stupid comments: “Well, I already remembered that, these are just memories, and not something deeply hidden in the depths of consciousness,” “Is this what I think or your unconscious?” Georgy warned about this and even gave a couple of recommendations on how to get rid of it, but it turned out to be not so easy.
In this session, I almost managed to reach intrauterine development in my memories (later I understood why it didn’t work out right away - the memory was negative and, apparently, the brain blocked it at that time). Of all the pictures offered by the unconscious, only one really touched me (I definitely couldn’t remember this consciously) - I’m in a stroller at the age of 6-9 months, I see the blue sky, a plastic rattle with balls stretched out in front of my eyes, a feeling of great surprise from this world, my mother’s hands holding me close to me. The tenderness and smoothness of her skin, hair, eyelashes, earrings, it seems to me, even her smell - all this was amazing and bewitching. I was enveloped in a wave of great love, happiness, and a feeling of absolute security at that second.
But let's get back to reality. I left the second session with mixed feelings: surprise and delight from what I saw and felt, on the one hand, and frustration and disappointment on the other, because I can’t describe emotions, and I can’t force my brain to be silent, and I didn’t even really get to intrauterine development, but After all, someone manages to look into past lives already in the second session.
Since the third, main session was scheduled for the very next day, there was little time for the “what I see, I sing about” training. I started by Googling “basic emotions” in order to have a little more variety in my speech arsenal than just “fear” and “joy.” A couple of surprises awaited me here. It turned out that there were a lot of emotions. This time. And my defining factor is fear. That's two. This is where the effect of the preparatory sessions began to unfold; I began to think about my problems, not just with expression, but even with the awareness and description of my emotions. It was as if I was starting to wake up.
The next stage of preparation was, in fact, the description. And here is my personal life hack (I hope it will be useful to someone): say everything you see in words, and not “to yourself” - then, during the main session, I described a lot of things “to myself”, but I’ll remember this later it will be difficult if it is not spoken in words and written down. Just like body sensations - speak them out! I clearly remember how my body froze a couple of times in an attempt to let go of fear, but now it is difficult to understand at what moment this happened (and what was the worst thing about it all for me).
To be honest, I approached the third session, unlike the first, with a certain amount of excitement. Worried that I won’t be able to do something, forget to ask something, or simply won’t see something.
On Georgy’s recommendation, I somewhat narrowed the range and number of questions, placing them, as it seemed to me, in priority order. Looking ahead, I will say that during the session Georgy helped me ask all of them, and even some that, in principle, were not written down in advance.
I made myself comfortable and we went on this amazing “journey into ourselves.” I will not dwell on the memories from my current life, frankly speaking, they were not very bright and significant, at least it seemed so to me, but then... the magic began.
Here I would like to once again dwell on the filigree work of George in leading me through the back streets of my memory, because without his help I would hardly have been able to so deeply understand and feel everything that I saw.
I saw myself in a past life, a 25-year-old young dark-haired woman of average height, worried about her husband. The picture was so vivid, the anxiety was real, I rushed around the room, out of the corner of my eye noticing a white marble fireplace, a mirror, burgundy wallpaper, and armchairs in the room. Then a portly nanny, in a white apron and scarf, children, a golden-haired son bent over toys and a daughter, about 4-5 years old, dark-haired and serious. Then the image of a husband, whom the son resembled so much, appeared in a guards uniform, then a friend reported about a bloody battle and that our husbands might be wounded. All this time Georgy was directing me with clarifying questions, so I realized that it was 1812, for some reason Austerlitz came to mind, but I pushed away this thought, deciding that this was too much. My husband was brought in on a cart, wounded in the chest, then he is in bed, the danger is behind me, I drink tea from an elegant porcelain cup, a feeling of love and peace. Then there was the scene of my husband and I meeting at the ball, then the parents, the mustachioed dad-general, the waltz. George asked if I was a good dancer and who taught me, and I confidently answered “Yes” and introduced a thin German teacher named Franz. By the way, about names. Perhaps this was the most surprising thing for me. I knew exactly who’s name was and, as it seemed to me, I answered George’s questions almost without hesitation about who’s name was – nanny, children, husband, myself…. How did I know all this? I mentioned my father’s name in full (and how surprised I was later when, in the depths of the Internet, I found almost the full namesake at the same time and in the same status). Then dramatic events flashed by like a kaleidoscope, the death of my mother, my grief-stricken father, then the memories returned to childhood, the New Year tree, my dad in a silk robe and felt slippers, watching with emotion as I walked up with bated breath and took out my Christmas gift - a fine piece of porcelain a doll that I very carefully touch with my fingers - I directly felt it (well, some kind of “Nutcracker”, my brain grumpily interjected). Then a short summer holiday in the village at the age of about 40 with grown-up children... I was ready to stay in this life for a very long time, I was practically “stuck”, but it was time to move on, which Georgy told me about. Death was easy and natural at the age of 93 (well, where did these clear numbers come from again?) and without regret I soared up from the body, probably without even looking back (thanks again to George, I directed my gaze down to the body) - there was, as it seemed to me, a husband crying at my knees (“Is he still alive?” asked George I doubted it myself, because he was definitely not a decrepit old man). It was probably his son after all.
But all this did not matter at the moment, because I was uncontrollably drawn upward, I knew exactly the path. I was greeted by about 10 souls and a teacher. More precisely, they seemed to be watching from afar, slowly approaching. But these were souls unfamiliar to me, they were just watching. They all looked like clots of light.
Here, of course, it should be noted that my brain turned on in full, because after reading Newton’s books I already had fairly clear ideas about what awaited me, in possible variations. Therefore, then a struggle began between what I saw and heard, and the constant itching thought “is this conscious or not?” I won’t go into details, this is already very personal, but the meeting with the souls I knew caused both joy and sadness at the same time, because it turned out that I incarnate with someone more often, and I recognized some characters from the last past and current life, and with someone who is very dear to me in the present, we are practically “random encounters.” I can only share that the nanny from my past life turned out to be my close friend and at the same time the nanny of my children in the present, and she always comes to the rescue when she realizes that I may not be able to cope.
Then it hit me. I didn’t want to go back, I complained about how difficult it was for me and how nothing was working out, and asked not to be sent to the present. Let me note that all this is despite the external prosperity of the current life. I’m afraid to think where all this came from (and I’ll have to think, it’s not going anywhere now) ...
And all this time I was haunted by the feeling that I was a little mischievous girl, looking at everything with eyes wide open in amazement (oh, I feel like I’m going to incarnate and I’m still going to incarnate until I gain experience).
Georgy recommended re-listening and re-watching (here is another recommendation of mine - be sure to record a video!) no earlier than a week later, and at the time of writing this review I had not yet re-listened, everything described above is solely based on first impressions. I think that many more discoveries await me in the process of rethinking what happened, but then it will no longer be a review, but a much more multi-page story.
At some point it was time to return, and it really went very smoothly and safely, it certainly felt like it. I opened my eyes, stretched my hands and, as it seemed to me, “came to my senses.” The feeling was deceiving. For the rest of the evening I was in a fog, not fully understanding where I was or what was happening. Speech is slow, movements are smooth. Georgy advised not to plan anything for the next couple of hours. It took me a couple of days. And I really regretted that the very next day I had to return to the current work routine. My brain did not let go of the impressions, constantly scrolling through pictures in my head, unexpected revelations and understandings of some things began to come that seemed not to be a problem in my current life. For example, I was always somehow ashamed of myself that I felt very comfortable in classic five-star hotels, and I constantly struggled with the thought that it was not good to focus so much on external comfort. And there was (and remains) a dream to buy silverware and eat with these cutlery. Well, where does all this come from? It's simple. “You have a noble soul,” my son told me. And somehow it let go.
I cannot say that I received answers to all my questions; perhaps there were even more. But this definitely gave impetus to further understanding and development of myself. But George’s voice “Allow yourself to feel!” will now stay with me forever. As well as the complex aftertaste of everything that happened.
And now separately about George. I am happy that fate brought me together in this acquaintance with him. A professional of the highest class, sensitive, gently guiding, unobtrusively planting seeds for further reflection, he became the best guide one could only dream of. I am sincerely grateful to him for this experience. And I am sure that we will meet again, because my “journey into myself” has just begun, and I am sure that many amazing discoveries await me, not without his help. Georgy, thank you!
PS It is impossible to “unsee”, it will remain with you forever.
How much does regression hypnosis cost?
The price of regressive hypnosis depends on the use of the technique of diving into the depths of the subconscious, the time of the session, as well as the specific specialist who provides the services. In general, the cost ranges from 3,000 to 13,000 rubles. per session, so the price difference is quite high. Many hypnologists do not charge fees if the session fails to achieve deep immersion, which should also be taken into account.
Dangers and Disadvantages of Regressive Hypnosis
It is important to understand that any manipulation with your subconscious should be carried out very carefully so as not to cause harm, so the session should be conducted by an experienced hypnologist with extensive experience. It is also worth noting that during a session a person can look not only into past lives, but also into future incarnations, and this information can be somewhat shocking to an unprepared person. For this reason, many hypnologists do not advise looking into the future.
Not all doctors approve of regressive hypnosis, because they believe that as a result of the procedure, a person with a weak psyche can be subjected to severe stress. At the same time, scientific research in the field of hypnotherapy confirms the fact that with proper preparation, a person with the help of regressive hypnosis can get rid of phobias and addictions, as well as discover new abilities and talents, and gain a positive attitude.
