Essay: Which person has a rich inner world?

Option 1.

Each person has his own inner world. If you look into it, you can understand that it is different for everyone. Some people have nothing to see, no “attractions”, while others have not just a world, but a whole universe, beautiful and rich. Works of fiction, like good advisers and helpers, explain to us what kind of person has a rich inner world.

Without a doubt, L.N. can be called an expert on the human soul. Tolstoy. Many of his heroes delight readers with the richness of their inner world. In the epic novel War and Peace, Natasha Rostova stands out among the heroes. Kindness, responsiveness, the ability to understand and help, closeness to nature, true patriotism - these are the values that make up the treasury of her soul. With great interest, together with Sonya and Andrei Bolkonsky, we listen to the heroine’s admiring speeches about the charm of the starry sky and the quiet May night, when you want to sit on the windowsill, legs crossed, and enjoy the beautiful picture. We watch with delight how skillfully she dances with her uncle after the hunt. Even Anisya Feodorovna shed a tear, looking at the alien countess, brought up in silks and velvet, who knew how to so subtly understand everything that was in every Russian person. Where, when and how she absorbed that Russian spirit, even the author himself is surprised. During the Patriotic War of 1812, she persuades her parents to leave one cart for the wounded soldiers, since they need it more. Without offense, with love, she cares for the dying Prince Andrei Bolkonsky. These actions of hers reflect the beauty and richness of her inner world, her soul.

The main character of the novel “Crime and Punishment” F.M. is not inferior to Natasha Rostova in terms of inner beauty and wealth. Dostoevsky. Sonya Marmeladova is a sincere, kind, merciful girl. She cannot ignore human grief, she is capable of sacrificing herself and her personal happiness for the sake of the happiness and well-being of her family, loved ones, and loved ones. When hard times came for the Marmeladov family and they despaired of getting out of poverty, Sonya finds a way out of the difficult situation, wanting to help her loved ones. She had to earn every ruble to save her family from hunger at the cost of incredible humiliation and suffering, but not once did she reproach either her father or her stepmother, whom she was not at all obliged to support. An extraordinary faith in God lives in her soul, which saves her from everyday dirt and helps her maintain inner purity. Having met Rodion Raskolnikov and learned about his difficult situation, she supports him, helps him cope with difficulties and find peace of mind. She leads him to faith, gives wise advice, and after the trial of Rodion selflessly follows him to Siberia, where she lives only for him, only his life. It is she, the fragile, kind Sonechka Marmeladova, who becomes a strong support and guiding star for Raskolnikov.

Thus, works of fiction allow us to conclude that the inner world is rich in a person who knows how to empathize, compassion, whose heart is filled with kindness, mercy, and who has a strong inner core. These moral values enrich a person’s inner world and, like the sun, illuminate the path of life.

How to change internally

  • Change your philosophy and worldview . Give up outdated concepts. They are the ones who prevent you from becoming what you dream of. Every word heard from my parents and loved ones shaped my view of myself and the world around me. And, unfortunately, the attitude of relatives is not always objective and helps a person become more self-confident. Therefore, to achieve success in life, start by developing your own assessment of your personality and the world around you. Give up other people's principles that were imposed, develop your own view of the world. Sometimes this is enough to get rid of self-doubt, love yourself and become a different person.
  • To feel the pleasure of life, do not deny yourself the right to hobbies and interests. Don't listen if others criticize you for it. The main thing is that they bring pleasure and give joy, but at the same time they should not interfere with your path to success by taking up time. The best option would be when your hobby helps you take a break from work or becomes a source of income, allowing you to devote more time to your development.
  • If you want to change yourself, understand: “Who are you?”, “What kind of person?”, “What benefit can you bring to the world?” In the end, why do you want to become different and why. Lack of understanding of your capabilities, your own value for yourself and others often becomes an obstacle to success.
  • Most unpleasant emotions are brought to us by other people. We begin to get nervous, worried, upset, offended that we are not understood and not heard. To maintain peace in your soul, stop judging and evaluating people, rather try to understand them and act with them based on their attitude towards life. Avoid people who bring negativity into your life, and with those who are dear to you, in case of any disagreements and solutions to problems, find not just a compromise, but a third option that will suit both parties.
  • Don't put off achieving your goals, even if they seem impossible. Take it and do what is important to you right now. Don't look for reasons that help justify inactivity; rather, spend your time bringing your plans to life.
  • If you can’t decide where to start, make a plan on how to fulfill your deepest desire in life. On this path you will begin to change, whether you want it or not. New activities, achievements, pleasure from even the smallest result on the path to what you want will force you to change your attitude towards yourself. You will feel your self-confidence increase, and with it your faith in your strength.
  • Don't despair if things don't work out. Try again and again. If you decide to play sports, find time so that it doesn’t happen. Don't let yourself get complacent. Becoming a different person is not easy. This requires every effort and great will, but only patience and determination will allow you to achieve success on this path. There is nothing more difficult than changing your habits and worldview ingrained in your blood. But only those who are ready to rise as many times as necessary will achieve success. No failures or difficulties will force him to abandon his goals. A strong person does not dream, he sets goals for himself and, as a rule, achieves them. So be strong and persistent and you will definitely succeed.

Few people know that their desires and goals are not fulfilled through their own fault.
Anyone can give a hundred reasons why something didn’t work out for them. But the recipe for success lies within you, and it depends only on your thoughts and efforts whether you achieve what you want or not. If the presence of complexes prevents you from achieving success, then you just need to get rid of them. Every effort made to make a wish come true will bear fruit, the main thing is to just learn to listen to yourself. If you want to become a different person, and you understand that this is really necessary, like air, don’t pay attention to anyone, don’t ask anyone, change, because this is the only way to change your life radically.

Option 2.

The inner world of a person is an unknown, secret place, hidden deep in the soul not only from strangers, but also, sometimes, from the owner himself. However, our actions and actions, even our faces, involuntarily become a reflection of either wealth and beauty, or the emptiness and ugliness of our inner world. It happens that one look at a person is enough to say that he is spiritually rich, while another has such an empty, cold look that you immediately understand that inside he is just as empty and cold. The works of Russian writers and poets have repeatedly proven this truth.

I was always surprised by Mtsyri, the main character of the poem of the same name by M.Yu. Lermontov "Mtsyri". He spent his entire short life in a monastery, where a Russian general brought him. From early childhood, the hero developed a powerful spirit, inner strength inherited from his ancestors. Even as a child, who was torn away from his family and taken away, and when he fell ill on the way, left in a monastery, he did not make a single groan or sound. Living among the monks for many years, he never complained about difficulties, did not open his soul to anyone, although for many years he cried from melancholy and despair at night. Mtsyri has a fiery heart. The fire of love for freedom and freedom, as well as for his native land, for which he yearned in captivity, burns within him. While in the monastery, he dreamed of a free life with its worries, battles and anxieties. He believed that among his people he would be “not one of the last daredevils.” This is also evidenced by his fight with the leopard, which he managed to defeat thanks to his strength, resourcefulness and courage. The richness of Mtsyri’s soul is also indicated by the hero’s ability to see beauty in nature. For him, who grew up within the monastery walls, nature is “God’s garden.” He is fascinated by the riot of colors, the beauty of the forest, and is ready to enjoy the pictures of nature forever. For me, as a reader, Mtsyri is a hero with a rich and beautiful inner world. The wealth of his inner world lies in the strength of spirit, the ability to see the beauty of the world around him, in his love of freedom and courage.

A person who appears to be simple, modest, but wise, hardworking, and understanding can also be called rich and beautiful internally. We meet such a heroine in the story “The Horse with a Pink Mane” by V.P. Astafieva. The writer masterfully paints the image of a simple Russian peasant woman, not distinguished by her special external beauty, but internally beautiful and rich. Katerina Petrovna is the grandmother of the main character. After the death of her daughter, she is forced to raise her grandson. Because of her lively character, her husband calls her “general.” The heroine is indeed a noisy and loud woman. But, despite this, true Russian kindness, as well as mercy and wisdom, are hidden in her. She raises her grandson in strictness, as she wishes him a better future. She doesn't like slackers and drunkards. Katerina Petrovna herself is hardworking; she makes money by picking berries in the taiga and selling them in the city. For her, work is real happiness. He teaches his grandson to do this too. She is a wise woman who understands. One day the narrator decided to outwit his grandmother and covered the bottom of a basket of berries that Katerina Petrovna wanted to sell with moss and sprinkled berries on top. Grandmother promised to use the money from the sale of berries to buy a gingerbread in the shape of a horse with a pink mane. The deception, of course, was revealed, and the boy was punished. But the grandmother still bought her grandson a gingerbread, which he remembered all his life. For him, a horse with a pink mane is a symbol of his grandmother’s kindness and wisdom. As an adult, the narrator understood the severity of his grandmother, her educational cries, and wise lessons. Thanks to the richness of her soul, he was able to become a real person.

Thus, many writers and poets almost unanimously argue that the inner world of a person is rich in eternal moral values: kindness, wisdom, mercy and compassion, as well as fortitude. A person who possesses these qualities undoubtedly has a rich and beautiful soul.

Illusions of the subtle world

When a beginning practitioner engages in contemplation, listens to sublime speeches, music, or is in favorable company, he temporarily activates the more subtle channels of vital energy that are unusual for himself and is immersed in the vibrations of the subtle world. Then, he goes out into the street, where gray reality “falls” on his consciousness. And it begins to seem to him that this “reality” is reality, and everything that happened before was just temporary illusions, some kind of fleeting salvation in which ephemeral hope was kindled. It is necessary to understand from the very beginning that both our temporary escapes into the “spiritual” and this gray “reality” are both equally illusory experiences. All this is the energy of psychic projections, the basis of which is empty.

Ultimately, even the gray mass of everyday events is the divine existence of the subtle world, true spiritual life and the inexplicable miracle of reality. We're just used to it. Habit says that this is normal and inevitable because it happens every day. It seems almost impossible to overcome this “samsara” - it is so dense, heavy and all-encompassing. Somewhere in all this we are threatened with doom, for some poverty, for others drab life and difficult communication with loved ones who do not understand. Sometimes this state does not have a clear form and does not correspond to a specific event as an external cause, but is experienced simply as something insurmountably difficult. This is our earthly “karma” (stress, neuroses - no matter what you call it), which we ourselves support when we believe in the inviolability of this illusion.

During the course of the story, I sometimes put words in quotation marks, this is done with the purpose of emphasizing that everything is not quite the same and not quite as it seems. This “indestructible” gray mass of everyday life holds on because we ourselves are afraid of the new and cling to what we know. This gray mass of everyday life is not the reality in which everyone lives. This is just another projection of a small, individual consciousness.

When this experience happens again, do not despair. Even though at this time it may seem that life is over and nothing else will ever happen. In fact, such an experience is as fleeting as any thought. It is also important that this experience itself is also an aspect of earthly learning, it is still the same - spiritual life, earthly lessons of the subtle world. At this stage we acquire immunity from death. Suffering does not happen in vain; at this time we work off karma, and gradually move higher on the spiritual path.

The sense of ordinary reality is an illusion, just a fleeting energy in the mind. Dozens of people are walking down the street and each has their own illusion, their own individual perception of the world, depending on their lived experience, on the manifestation of current “karma”. All experiences, all states are an illusion. It’s just that we are more accustomed to some, and therefore consider them normal. Nothing is normal, everything is made of energy. Everything is the divine presence of the subtle world.

Be free, consider each state in its true light, as temporary and transitory. You should not savor sadness, but there should be peace in joy too. Do not try to change others out of a desire to make your life easier, or to make them understand you - this is impossible. Everyone grows like a flower! If you change yourself, your whole life will change along with you. Reality is you yourself.
