What does an interesting person mean and how to become one
Strength of spirit and self-confidence are what were valued at any time. But how can you become a person if you don’t have these qualities? For such people, there are a number of tips that will give them self-confidence and help them reveal their individuality.
1.
Conversation with yourself
With constant encouragement of oneself, personality development occurs. Once again, try to praise yourself for what you do for yourself and the people around you. Don't overdo it though. Also, you should not compare yourself and others, because this has never been beneficial;
2.
Reading biographies of famous and famous people
There is more than enough such literature nowadays. Their stories have more than once inspired and will inspire you to great feats, and will also simply help you simply learn to present yourself to others. These examples will allow you to confidently overcome obstacles and ultimately become a strong person;
3.
Appearance is the key to success
Often the path to becoming a strong personality should begin with working on your appearance. To become an interesting person, make every effort to be attractive anywhere, be it at home, work or an evening walk. This will help you attract the attention of others and increase your self-confidence. Understanding that you are at your best, confidence will come on its own;
4.
Training speech
In addition to good appearance, a person must be able to speak competently and confidently. Therefore, try to make your speech bright, competent and emotional. After all, many people know that they will never pay attention to a mumbler who speaks inaudibly. Your words must become alive. If your speech is confident, then along with it your gait and gaze will begin to change, which will be characteristic of a strong personality;
5.
Your opinion
Any dissatisfaction must be expressed directly. After all, remember that only a strong personality can say what she doesn’t like, without using any workarounds. A clear opinion, independent of others, distinguishes a strong person and makes her person more colorful compared to a weak person.
“Our cinema becomes more interesting every year”
Karen Oganesyan’s new film “Hero” is being filmed in the Kaliningrad region. This is an ironic action thriller about two young people (played by Alexander Petrov and Svetlana Khodchenkova), who by chance are drawn into an international espionage intrigue. The star cast is complemented by Vladimir Mashkov and Konstantin Lavronenko. In terms of references, the creators name such hits as “Deadpool” and “Mission Impossible”, and promise a lot of chases, humor and a strong, humane story. An Izvestia correspondent visited the set and talked with actress Svetlana Khodchenkova.

— The action-thriller genre is quite rare for our cinema. How do you find the role of an action heroine?
"The Life Ahead" Begins at a Funeral
In the new comedy, director Karen Oganesyan addressed the generation of 30-year-olds
“I had to deal with a lot for the first time. We fight, jump, run. We are escaping from a chase on scooters along a raging river - Alexander Petrov and I accidentally opened the swimming season in April (laughs). In general, such roles require great physical preparation and serious moral effort. There is a very professional stunt group here, but, naturally, they cannot do all the stunts for us. For example, Alexander and I recently experienced for ourselves what it’s like to almost free fall from a roof. Of course, there was insurance, but the sensations were still very powerful.
— Do you like spy films yourself?
- Certainly. Mysteries attract everyone. This is also interesting from an acting point of view. I like it when there is an intense plot, and you can’t determine who is good and who is bad until the very end.
— The eternal question of all fans of the genre: who is cooler, James Bond or Jason Bourne? Or are you for Stirlitz?
— It’s hard for me to say. Each of them has something that makes you watch and re-watch the film. And these are not fights or shootings. Whatever the genre, we are primarily interested in the characters’ personalities and relationships. Likewise, our movie, it seems to me, is primarily about the love of two young people - just in these proposed circumstances.

— And also about the relationship between children and parents. As far as I understand, Vladimir Mashkov’s character partially replaced the father of your heroine.
“I couldn’t help but make a movie about Dovlatov”
Directed by Alexey German Jr. — about working on a new film representing Russia at the Berlinale 2018
- Yes, we even call him Dad. A hero, not Vladimir Lvovich himself. Although he, I must admit, treated Alexander and me in a fatherly way (laughs). Constantly shares the secrets of acting. Although we have been in the profession for a long time, something new still opens up. I also want to say that it is very comfortable to work with Vladimir Lvovich. It's not always the case that a great artist turns out to be a great partner.
— In recent years, there have been more and more strong heroines in commercial cinema, including the action genre. Do you have any favorite role models?
— To be honest, I don’t watch much action films. In general, I personally really like the heroines of Alisa Brunovna Freundlich. For example, she plays incredibly in the recent film “Bolshoi” by Valery Todorovsky. I would like to be like her. I think Alisa Brunovna is one of our greatest actresses.
— Would you be interested in playing in a tough auteur film?
- Of course, it’s interesting. Moreover, we are now launching a project together with producer Katerina Mikhailova, in which I will play the main role and act as a co-producer. True, this is more of an art mainstream. The film is called “She Has a Different Name.” It will be directed by debutant director Veta Geraskina, a graduate of Dmitry Mamulia’s workshop at the Moscow School of New Cinema - not yet known to the general public, but I think this won’t be for long (laughs). She is also one of the script writers.

— Will you have an atypical role in this film?
- Yes, but for now I would not like to talk about it in detail. You need to think about everything again in order to accurately and succinctly tell in a few words what exactly this movie is about. But soon everything will become clear - we will seek support from the Ministry of Culture and participate in the pitching.
“The main criterion of art is that it touches the heart and soul”
Actor Pavel Derevyanko - about patriotism, love for the profession and Hollywood ambitions
— Nowadays, more and more popular artists are moving into related professions. Danila Kozlovsky became a producer and then a director. Konstantin Khabensky directed the film. Recently, Alexander Petrov announced his directorial ambitions. And now you have decided to become a producer.
— It seems to me that this is a very correct trend. At some point, all of us artists realize that we don't have enough material. Much of what is offered to us is hackneyed and uninteresting, but we want to move in some other directions, explore new territories. And when crazy ideas suddenly arise at some meetings, you think - well, why not? Why not make a movie based on this idea? Moreover, there are people who can write beautifully and then film beautifully. Previously, many were held back by embarrassment and self-doubt, but now they simply no longer feel shy. It became obvious that anything was possible. There would be a desire.
— But you’re not going to make your directorial debut yet?
“For now, it’s more interesting for me to be on this side of the camera.” We have known Veta Geraskina for a long time, I trust her, her thoughts about cinema are close to me. Of course, I have my own vision, and some creative disputes are probably inevitable, but so far I don’t see myself as a director.

— Several years have passed since you played in “The Wolverine” with Hugh Jackman. And for now you are not developing your Hollywood career further. Why?
— To make a career in Hollywood, you need to be physically there all the time. At any moment the phone may ring and you will be invited to a meeting with the director, which may be tomorrow. And so it is simply impossible to urgently cross the ocean. And sit there and wait by the sea for the weather...
Moreover, our cinema becomes more interesting every year. There are more and more powerful projects - from the point of view of the script, budgets, and team. What I like about the set of “Hero” is that the atmosphere here is very similar to the one I remember in America. Everything is very professional, and you get used to good things quickly (laughs). After this, it’s somehow strange to realize that someone can work differently.
Overall, the overall growth is clear. The choice of roles has become greater than just a couple of years ago. In addition, now there is an opportunity to come up with something and shoot it yourself. We'll see what happens next, but right now I don't see the point in moving and trying my luck in Los Angeles.

How to become an interesting conversationalist
All the basic properties and characteristics of a particular person’s personality are determined by his inclinations, and are fully manifested in his activities. But this activity also depends on the characteristics and nuances of his personality.
It must be remembered: the most important link in the education of any individual is self-esteem, which is based on the assessments of this or that individual by outsiders and his assessment of these people. The concept of “personality” is used in a much narrower sense than the general concept of “person”.
Since the concept of “man” itself, as a rule, reflects only general traits that are inherent in absolutely our entire species, but a personality is a certain specific representative of the human race - an individual, and he is characterized by very specific - purely individual - socially significant behavioral traits.
When the last phrase is said, in this case we are talking about the views, personal beliefs, characteristics of behavior inherent in this particular person - the individual: what this person loves, values, how he relates to his own responsibilities and other people, is he able to provide all possible assistance, protect , show some concern, do some good deed, and so on.
If you want to become an interesting person, keep in mind that everyone who dreams of this must certainly develop the consciousness of a successful person. The consciousness of such a successful person is the state of his mind tuned and revealed in a certain way, and at the same time allowing him to see success and all possibilities.
In the mind of such a successful person there is absolutely no room for thinking about failure. At the same time, the loser sees only obstacles and obstacles on the way to the desired goal. Such a person sees in everything only the shortcomings of current situations.
Vices of the surrounding world, people and, of course, one’s personality. Quite a few will agree that normal self-esteem is extremely important for achieving the necessary adequate understanding of one’s own significance, and accordingly for the formation of a fairly successful personality.
But how can this be achieved? In order to see and, of course, understand the path to adequate self-esteem, let's carefully analyze a number of mechanisms of its formation.
The foundation of our self-esteem is the elements laid down in childhood, and what this very foundation will be, and, accordingly, what kind of self-esteem will be built on this foundation (adequate, excessively underestimated or, on the contrary, overestimated), will largely depend on the previously laid down in us life values.
